I don't get broadband from BT, but I got the message inviting me to take up 
the link to mobile last week and subscribed to the service.  Like someone 
mentioned, I think it is a roll out across the country that is not yet full 
coverage.

Ray, it seems like you have to subscribe to their broadband service to
receive this link to mobile 1571 .service.
