I am also not impressed with bt. The other day I phoned them to see if
myself and my parents, could sign up to there low call user scheme. Only to
be told no, because I have broadband, and my parents have a mobile phone. So
we are stuck with paying out more in line rental than we do in phone calls.

I'm not impressed, a few months back we had to have a piece of cable
replaced inside the house, the guy who did it actually cut the cable as it
came in through the wall and re-positioned the socket there, there were no
new parts, nothing, he was here less than half an hour, we were charged
over a hundred and fifteen quid, on top of that, he was rude, wish I'd
have reported him now.
