Andy.  I use BBC What's On page.

Just go to:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/whatson/

And you will find a list of links to every national bbc channel.  There is an 
option to customise this for the area in which you live.  I have a shortcut key 
assigned to this one so I can get to it in a second or two from anywhere.

The pages which come up are very screen reader friendly.  You can get to other 
radio/TV listings for the current/next day very easily by navigating to the 
second edit field on these pages.
