[access-uk] BBC I player and parental controls

Hi, is anybody finding that they can't access parental controls when watching a 
program which needs you to confirm you are over 16?

I'm using JAWS 11, Windows 7, IE 8 and can't seem to do it.

What's more annoying is that it asks you everytime you watch a program the BBC 
feels you should verify your old enough for.
