For starters, they need to attend:
1. To agree the level of compensation due;
2. To agree a programme of training to try to ensure that this sort of thing
doesn't recur;
3. To realise that they need to consider our needs earlier rather than
later.
Need I say more?

if they have fixed the problem, what do they need to attend a concilliation
for? the only outstanding issue is presumably that you have not had access
for 5 months so you would want compensation for that.
