        Yup, absolutely. This is one of the aspects of this issue I'm
looking at. As I mentioned to James just now, and as you rightly point out,
an offer made exclusively on the Internet is inaccessible to someone without
access to a computer.

Tink, there are aspects of online buying compared to store buying that
effect the sighted as well. For instance, you might get a new car online
with a savings over  that of actually buying at the store.  Guess we all
have to be wary.
