Try Media Player Classic which you can download from

http://mpc-hc.sourceforge.net/download-media-player-classic-hc.html

I've been using it for ages for playing all kind of media file types. Click
on the link "player features" on the above page to read more about it. I
think you'll find it just the ticket.

Subject: [access-uk] Audio Player

Can anyone recommend an accessible, simple audio player for Windows 7 and
Jaws 12 or 13, please?

All it needs is play, pause, stop controls and a very simple interface to
navigate to folders of music.

This is for a relatively new Jaws user, who is also struggling to get to
grips with Windows 7 explorer navigation. He used to use VLC player with XP,
which worked well, but the open folder navigation in Windows 7 is proving
difficult. It would be good if we could set the music folders as the default
to open without having to navigate from libraries or Documents first.

Any help would be much appreciated.
