Hi Alistair, Only if the contents are specifically for the blind. For example, a Perkins brailler, but not a typewriter. A braille book, but not a normal printed book. Others may tell you that they have got away with sending regular things, but the above are Royal Mail's rules. If you get caught, you take the consequences. Royal Mail used to have details on their web site, but goodness knows where they are since there no longer appears to be a search facility.
