[access-uk] Anyone using download express?

Hi Folks,
I have been using this utility for a few days and all of a sudden it
does not seem to be taking over the internet explorer download.
I have checked that Eset is not blocking it and neither is Spybot.
It really is a good utility and does speed up downloads and would like
to keep it.
Does anyone have any ideas and is there a setting in IE 7 that I need
to make?
