This is interesting. How can it be a router issue when she can use MSN
Messenger and send and receive e-mails, but not browse the web? Mandy,
just a thought. Why don't you try an alternative browser like Mozilla
Firefox? You can get it from http://www.mozilla.org. It's fast,
reliable, and, most importantly, is more secure than IE as far as I'm
concerned. Hope that helps.
