Hi Mandy, you are more than welcome for the help, and I wish you the
best of luck with the reformat etc. Next time, use AVG 7.5 free, Ad
Aware, and, I would have suggested Spybot, but since you've paid for
SpySweeper you might as well use that. Oh and of course Firefox and IE7.
However, only use IE7 when you absolutely have to, such as when doing a
Windows update or go to a site that Firefox has problems viewing,
otherwise use Firefox as your main browser. That's what I do anyway, and
haven't caught any malware, just benign tracking cookies. Good luck!
