So what should i do now?

I tried a system restore and wish I hadn't - certainly it hasn't cleared the documents and settings thing and now I think I will have part of AVG left on here which \I will be unable to remove.

Is Firefox a good alternative to IE? Does it work similarly?

All I know is we're using Belkin so what should I do next?

Mandy.

Ah I see. So Mandy, maybe the port(s) for browsing the web are blocked?
