if this program is to be charged for then honestly I would suggest that the chances of success are quite low. Most of the modern screenreaders reorganise sites in such a way that they are pretty accessible if well written. I just can't see most web users being prepared to shell out more on top of the cost of a screenreader. Maybe I have got the wrong end of the stick here, I will take a look at the website but these are my initial thoughts from the description given.
