Hi there George.

Sorry for taking so long to answer this message but it has been a hell of a
week George. My we dog died on Wednesday and I've been all over the place
mate.

It's a pity about Nero version 5. I liked the programme very much. Need to
save a bit now for version 6 eh?

I took my computer back to PC World and they were great. They Restored the
machine for me. I had no idea that all I needed to do was press F11 for a
Factory Restore. Fingers crossed so far with installing all my programmes,
but I have not had one error report thus far. Touch wood.

The software which accompanies my computer, with respect to DVD and CD is
Sonic something. If it's necessary, I will try and check out the version,
in case Nero 6 is still of no use to me.

Thanks again George for all your efforts to assist me with these problems.
I very much appreciate your assistance and all the support I've received
from the list.

Best wishes.
Andy from sunny Kilcreggan
