[access-uk] Re: Although I have unenstalled the program Download Express from my system there is still a folder with that name in Program files Can I unenstall it without causing myself problems?

Hi Alexander.

It's safe to delete the folder under program files.

The registry step isn't necessary. You'll just have a slightly fragmented egistry is all, I wouldn't stress about it. smiles

Hi Barry,

I'm not confident enough to fiddle with the registry but based on what you say, I may have to get an RNIB volunteer to help me sort this one out, but thanks for your message.
