Hi Damon what do I look for? I'm using WMP 11 and it says I'm running latest version so which plug ins do I look for please to cover different file types? It may be a lot easier if you go and download the correct plug-ins for your Windows Media Player that correspond to the file types you're trying to play. On the web you can find entire suites of plug-ins that you simply install with a click of a button. These plug-ins will be seemlessly ingested by your Windows Media Player and, from that point on, it will recognise the file types you have installed in it. I've installed divx and mp4 plug-ins in recent times. ...Damon ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mandy" <manumandy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, May 14, 2007 7:13 AM Subject: [access-uk] Advice Please. >I have been downloading some files as I mentioned in an earlier post: >some of them I cannot play I am currently just using WMP 11 and Real > Alternative: what programme can I download - preferably for free - >that will convert these to MP3 format? > > Mandy. > > > ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] > ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > ** and in the Subject line type > ** unsubscribe > ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the > ** immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] > ** or send a message, to > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq > ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
