[access-uk] Accessible Talking Language Translator

Hi all

Has anyone encountered a hand held talking language translator that announces it's menus/application keys?

I know the most recent ones do have voice recognition but I could not determine whether that is only for the input of words/phrases or whether one could also navigate functions this way.
