I have downloaded and installed the latest version of the programme but the 
Internet Radio Tuner still doesn't play.

Sorry Ian - I had not noticed that Webbie 3.3.0 was out when I initially 
replied.  I have just
updated my system and tried a few BBC stations in what it now calls Internet 
Radio Tuner,
and they seem to work OK.
