[access-uk] Accessible Irc client

Hi all,
I've recently become an Irc user thanks to a friend on Messenger. I use
Mirc as my Irc client. However, I thought you'd all like to know that
there is an add-in that allows you to use Mirc with your screen reader.
It's called Tirc, and it works with both JAWS and Window-Eyes. You can
download it at www.talkingirc.net. I think Irc is a great place to meet
new people, so if anyone wants to join, my nickname is blind_man. I
recommend you connect to the Deepspace network.
