Oh, yeah. Who ever is responsible for the building of the Scottish parliament
building should be sacked, sued and sent to Easter Island. As for your blind
society, is it the council one or a charity? In my home town of Halifax,
Calderdale Council's visual impaired department does little for me because they
are so strapped for cash. It is the Halifax Society for the Blind, a charity
organisation, that pays me regular visits, sorted me out with a wireless for
the blind, gave me a tv box and recently offered to pay for my latest Jaws
update.

Barry,
Don't forget the £431M spent on our Scottish Parliament building. Wildly
over budget and wildly late. I have never heard of Technology from social
services in my area. If anything, our society for the blind claims to be
strapped for cash.
Iain.
