[access-uk] [Access] Necessity of running both firewall and anti-virus

Thanks to all who have warned me against using the anti-virus as an on
demand rather than on all the time. I didn't realize that malware could be
hidden in code on websites. This explains how I might have got infected a
few years ago.
I might look at less resource hungry progs, like Windows essentials and
Windows firewall instead of komodo and AVG.
