All the others work with JAWS out the box, so I don't see why the Arabic
voices shouldn't.

Yes indeed. Salma and Youssef are the Arabic voices. Go to Demos, Voice
Samples, Arabic and you'll see them there. These two synthes are the ones
used by Talks Arabic, Hal Arabic and they work with NVDA too. S&S are not
sure if they will work with Jaws out of the box so I'd like to install them
and see.
