Hi Mandy, thanks for the help, at least its not anything I'm doing wrongly

Hi.
Apologies I deleted the other messages in this thread without looking at
them, looked at this one and tried to access Abbey online and couldn't do so
either so presumably that's what others are saying. Hope they sort it soon.
