[access-uk] AVG7 PROBLEM

Hi Everyone
I wrote to the list last week about a problem sending long e-mails. I
believe it is a size problem, but I could be wrong.
Here is the meaningless message I received today after sending a large
e-mail with attachments:
"From: AVG for Email <avgmail@localhost>
Subject: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender
This is the AVG E-mail Scanner program.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that the message returned
below could not be delivered to one or more destinations.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Your e-mail message is being returned to you in the next part of this
message. Try to send the message again.
Should you need assistance, please contact your administrator or your
internet service provider."
The message is sent as an attachment.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on here?
Can anyone suggest another anti-virus software which is free and
friendly?
