[access-uk] AVG 7 in background

Hi all

I have the new version of AVG scheduled to scan at 7 30 in the morning.  
However, on occasion, I want to use my computer at that time so would like to 
quit the scan.  The problem is, AVG is running in the background with no page 
displayed so I don't know how to quit it.  Anyone know how I can get around 
this?
