[access-uk] ANY IDEAS?

Hi all,

I've been attempting to send emails to friends at
onet.co.uk

and receive the following response from NTL.

Your message was not delievered because a Routing loop was detected

    Destination host: onet.co.uk

The following recipients did not receive this message:
(Snip)
Please reply to <
Postmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Any ideas where I write to at NTL in order to track down a fix for this?
