Hello Dave,
Have you used this service in other theatres!...
I was led to believe that in one theatre the Audio Description seating was
in the very back row at the top of the theatre, where visually impaired
people who have some sight couldn't see hardly anything!...
How daft is that!...
Do you know if the Queens theatre have many seats and where they might
be?...

I've had an email from VocalEyes and thought some members may be
interested to know about an audio described performance of Les Miserables
at The Queens Theatre, London on Saturday 11 October. The performance
starts at 2.30pm and tickets cost £20, reduced from £55.
