[access-uk] AD on SKY not working

Hi all.

I was looking forward to watching the African Queen this afternoon, on 
Channel 4, which was supposed to be audio described.  When I moved from one 
channel to another, I heard the usual ping sound that indicates that the 
program is AD.  However, there is no description to be heard.  My wife 
checked my settings and I do indeed have AD ticked.  Anyone else having this 
problem?
