Hi Ray,
Sounds like BT have complicated things to their benefit? The technology
is
there to make it really simple, but its obvious they don't want to. If
their
find a person find a business was easy to use I'd rather use it when I'm
at
home. Unfortunately I'm on pay as you go, so I can't use find a person on
my cell phone, even if it was easy to use. If 195 becomes impracticle to
use, then we'll have to revert to asking a sighted person to check the
phone
book for us, which knocks us back a few years. Of course there's Moreen,
but
she's cheap.
