The sighted can look it up in the phone book, we can't, in my opinion the drc 
want telling that we're being charged and shouldn't be.

    Why should service provider  treat blind people differently from  sighted
    people. Is that not  against law  DDA!

    If Sighted pay then yhes  we should pay to get same service.

    There is a good case  to  argue that  we can not read the  hardcopy
    directory, but that really only applies for  local numbers!So if the number
    wanted was for someone  say 200 miles away, why should  we have free 
service,
    and tighted don't.?
