Always free but a form has to be completed. They will complete the form over the phone for you, I think but will probably send it to you to sign. ----- Original Message ----- From: "chris hallsworth" <christopherh40@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Subject: [access-uk] 195

Hello all.
Now that I have a home phone, I would like to subscribe to the free 195 directory enquiries service. My line rental is with Sky, and I have taken out a Sky Talk subscription. So do I just ring 195, say that I am blind and hard of hearing and request I have a pin to access free directory enquiries? Also, how much does 195 cost for the initial call? Or is it always free.
Sorry for many questions.
Many thanks in advance.
Take care.
