Hi Peter,
Just a thought. There are two sign up links on the page; one just says
sign up for some sort of e-mail list I think and the second one says, sign
up now. That's the one you want. Using Window-Eyes, I filledin all the
fields I could, including telephone number, before I couldn't go any
further.
