I'm intending to do something about this myself soon, but I don't have a BT
line.  I will see what response I get and if I need to call another number
as I am a TalkTalk subscriber, I'll report back.

    Can anyone tell me if i am getting free directory enquiries and want to
use the 1471 option 3 to retun the call should i be paying for this service
if not how do i get this changed.
