The Pappas Birthday Breaks Edition

The third installation in our Decked Out series is now little more than a 
week away. We are looking forward to seeing you at another crazy event.
Apart from celebrating important issues like peace, unity and life in 
general, we also want to make it a special day for our birthday boy, DJ PAPPAS!

Here are the details:
Where: The Exchange Hotel on Flinders Street East (Back room and Wine Bar, 
alternatively the courtyard)
When: Saturday, March 29th. from 21:00 -05:00.

DJs: NICK HO, PAKAMAS, NATHAN HILL & DJ SLO
DJ special: A deep, dark and funk laden show from birthday boy PAPPAS in a 
storming back to back session with our extremely popular guest From Stylus 
Nite and Decked Out 2.0 - DAN MARSHALL, + still more to come.

Technicalities: We are pulling in even more sound - of the BASS kind to be 
exact. This is not to deafen you, but to support the expected deep, dark 
and dirty atmosphere of the night and squeeze you flat against the back wall!
Usage of Wine Bar alt. the Courtyard is really determined by what the 
weather is doing.
The lineup will be disclosed in our next newsletter.

Party info: 5000 of the coolest flyers you have ever seen, plus posters are 
out now - be sure to grab'em where you normally score your Remedy issue.

Recovery: Some opportunities for an organized recovery have presented 
themselves - we are looking into the matter in order to get you off the 
streets in the morning (!) However, we are not likely to be able to escape 
the dry time from 5-10AM (alcoholic dry, that is!)

Remember: If the rain is pouring down - don't worry about arriving soaked - 
you'll get like that anyway! Come early to avoid the disappointment!


:: RELAPSE ::

Relapse is the weekly 7inch Entertainment alternative to spit roast and wet 
T-shirt Sunday sessions otherwise inflicting mortal damage in Townsville 
(not that we mind. . ). :: RELAPSE :: is taking over where our Sundays at 
La Bamba left. Staged at the top floor of the Exchange complex these cruisy 
afternoons (15:00-21:00) are hosted by Pakamas and Nathan Hill with 
rotating visits from the 7Inch DJ roster and beyond. Come and check it out 
- board games, magazines and discounted drinks are available as well as 
some nice Philippino finger food.

Thursday 20th. March - THE JCU CLUB: 20:30-01:00, DJ PAPPAS.
- 7 Inch Entertainment DJ PAPPAS continues his weekly attempt on crowd 
education at The Club.
- Expect an eclectic mix of fresh new electronica mixed with "only the 
cream" of current chart tracks.

Sunday 23rd. March - THE EXCHANGE HOTEL (Flinders Street East) - BALCONY
:: RELAPSE :: from 15:00 - 21:00. DJs NATHAN HILL & PAKAMAS, with a 
rotating roster of visiting DJs from the Seven Inch Collective, are 
spinning cosy house, trippy down-tempo and leftfield traxx all afternoon to 
supplement the soothing effects of Latte, Panadol and then some cold ones. . .
