Hmmmm, this is not good. Let me ask a couple questions and
perhaps we can get to the bottom of this.
Did you compile 0.1.6 or install the rpm? 0.1.7 you did rpm?
Do you have an nVidia card or something else? (In other words
do you use DRI or drivers provided directly by the card vender
-- such as nVidia)?
If you used the 0.1.7 rpm can you try compiling the tarball and
seeing if it happens then?
I'm thinking that my RPM is only good for nVidia (that is what I
have) and must have a different one for other cards (because of
library dependancies).
Also try running 3ddeskd with --win flag... does it happen then?
There are a bunch of other bugs in 0.1.7 that I didn't notice
so I've gotta fix those too.
