Hi Alexandre:
3ddesktop does not support running simultaneous instances on different
displays on the same machine at this time. This is on the todo list but
in the meantime have a look at this post:

Calvin Walton made a few modifications that allowed him to run two instances
but it required compiling two different sets of binaries.
