I've gotten a couple emails from people with this
very same problem. It is not expected or intended behavior
at all. I will do my best to get it resolved. I can't try
fluxbox myself right now but should be able to investigate by
the weekend.
In the meantime, do you know if the fluxbox in Debian sid is
compiled with --enable-gnome? Did you try the --workspaces
flag to 3ddeskd?
