No problem. I was able to better understand what you were talking 
about after looking at your patch. :)  I will certainly incorporate 
this into the next release.

I was thinking though that what if I made it so once you've hit a 
key during "automatic mode" (goto) then its manual from then on and
you have to select the desktop once you've gone to it?  So if you
preempted things (changed your mind) mid-switch it would zoom back 
out but then at the new face you'd hit space to select (or change 
your mind again).  How would that work for you?
