apt-get source 3ddeskd
take a look. it's easy enough with a few beers and some minor
eyestrain to figure out what's going on and where. let us know, submit
a diff -burN patch if you like.

P.S. i've got issues of my own at the moment re. 3ddeskd and hangs
etc. i think they are related to the x11 i'm using.

Hi
I'm using 3ddesk since 6 months or so now, and it's really a great
thing! I mapped it to the mouse thumb button, and now I can impress all
my friends by scrolling through my workspaces :)
Now I changed my window manager and wanted to set some keybindings, and
I noticed that sometimes, 3ddesk switches the worksation but does not
quit. After the ws change, the fullscreen screenshot of the
workstation does not disappear. If I press Return then, the screenshot
disappears and I see the new workstation. after some inquiries, I
realized that this always happens when the workspace is not zoomed
out (for example with --nozoom or --mode=flip). After some more
investigations, I saw that this happens just every second time...
I'm using 3ddesk 0.2.7 compiled from source with debian unstable on an
ix386 platform with an nvidia graphics card.
Btw: With fvwm, you have to specify --wm=enlightenment, it won't work
otherwise. (And yes, I've tried this with gnome (which should be
supported) before I reported the bug).
