Ok, this is wierd, so I'll try to be as detailed as possible.
I'm running Redhat 7.3, 3ddesktop 0.2.2, imlib2 1.0.6, WindowMaker
0.8.0. I've compiled 3ddesktop from source, using gcc 3.1.1.
When I run '3ddesk --gotocolumn=x' twice with the same mode, the first
time will work, but the second time will flip/rotate/slide to the
column, but it wont actually change workspaces. But if I chose two
different modes, it will work just fine.
For example, the following will, starting from workspace 1, go to
workspace 3, and then attempt to go to workspace 2, but wind up back at
workspace 3:
3ddesk --gotocolumn=3 --mode=priceisright
3ddesk --gotocolumn=2 --mode=priceisright
Now, the following will work successfully both times:
3ddesk --gotocolumn=3 --mode=priceisright
3ddesk --gotocolumn=2 --mode=carousel
Also, I have noticed, and this has been my workaround, that
--mode=random seems to work correctly everytime. Thank you.
