I agree. Also don't use the preview function of your email client and 
don't open anything, esp from an "alphapbet soup" address but if you 
get email over a period of time from the same address that looks 
somewhat normal (NOT janis34DD@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, more like that 
freepizza one, weird as it was it was legit) it's probably one worth 
trying to unsub from. If they continue to send you spam you can fwd 
it to uce@xxxxxxx, not sure how much good that does but it always 
made me feel a little better, and definitely put your name on the 
Direct Mktg Assoc eMail Pref List to opt-out, it cuts back spam 
considerably to the point where if you're careful of who you give 
your address to (use a web address for anyone you think might sell or 
share, esp contests) most of the spam will be of the alphasoup porn 
and viagra variety.

Sorry for the length of this but while a big fan of Monty Python I 
have a passionate distaste for spam spam spam spam...
