[1stPickSites] Our Apologies

Dear Readers

As you may have noticed list mail has recently been sporadic if
at all.  We do apologize for less that what you have come to
expect.  Last year I purchased a century home that although
architecturally sound has needed much work in the interior.
Upgrades to electrical and plumbing have taken what seems like
for ever...  Everything was original, knob and tube wiring
galvanized and cast iron piping  all had to be replaced.

When i seem to have a spare moment or two i try to set up a few
days (weeks? if im lucky) worth of emails for our readers but i
am finding it is few and farther between these days.

Please be patient and hopefully soon we will be able to get back
into the swing of things.  I will try to send emails as i have
time though i cant say how many or how often

Thank you to our long time readers to have sent the odd email
inqiring as to our whereabouts... things are well just very busy
these days.  To our newer readers Honest it isnt like this all
the time. 

Hoping the summer weather is leaving everyone well and taking
some time off to enjoy the weather and family
