chemistry of aroma, acidity and bitterness, while a review of
different methods of brewing provides information on the best
methods for various brewing processes at home. In addition to an
extensive section on espresso, as well as a look at political
issues such as fair trade, organic and shade grown coffee, the
site also provides an image gallery of almost 200 photos.
