A Walk Through Time
http://physics.nist.gov/GenInt/Time/time.html
A Walk Through Time proudly brought to you by the NIST Physics
Laboratory. This site is neat. It shows the progression of time
measurement throughout the ages. From the earliest calendars to
the first simple time keeping devices.
This site has an excellent progression and is interesting to
read=97not dry like a textbook. I think our cultures have been
fascinated with time and will continue to be, so what are you
waiting for? check it out!
