Hi Rae,
hopefully you created a 'restore point' before installing it.
I recommend restoring an earlier point then checking to see if you still
have the problem.
If not you may be able to remove it from the 'Add and Remove programs'.
Then download it again.
It is a Critical update for IE6 and you should have it.
