[1stPickPCHelp] Shortcuts wont remove from start menu WinXp

I have 2 shortcuts on my start menu arpart from my internet and email.
I am trying to delete them by right clicking them. However I can't rite
click the icons.
I went into the start menus properites and tryed clearing the list of
program icons but thatdiden't work.
