[1stPickPCHelp] How to get Outlook Express installed again

On a Windows XP Home machine with version 6.0.28800... of Internet
Explorer, I tried downloading the cumulative update for Internet Explorer
(6.1)in order to load Outlook Express. However, it always complains that a
newer version of IE is installed. Hence, I can't load OE. And of course
there's no built-in easy way to remove IE... Any ideas?
