PCAD 3D was a great product ahead of its time made by Morris Systems, not 
enough of them were sold and the  company is now
defunct. It included a large easy to modify 3d model library but the only mech. 
interface was 3d dxf.

Another 3d interface was provided to create idf files by Router Solutions and 
is still available
see www.rsi-inc.com or www.planocad.com (a self serving commercial message for 
me, the local VAR for RSI)
