Jeff,
I'm not sure which CAD package you are using, but there may be two
approaches to this.
One - if you are able to add a 'ComponentHeight' attribute of somesuch
within the Pattern (or Component) definition, you would then be able to
create a DXF file - with the Component Height Attribute - and use a program
like VoloView (free from AutoDesk) to view/print this as an Isometric.
Two - If you are needing to create WireHarness information - you could use a
program like DBX2List (Oztronics - http://joj.home.texas.net/) to extract a
SDRC WireHarness Netlist - and then use SDRC to generate a 3-D drawing of
the wireharness.
Other than that - I don't know of anything.
