Hi all,
I too leave press fit and tooling/Alignment holes out of any
rounding I do. (These are normally NPTH anyway). I do my rounding to the
nearest 0.05 (4 thou), almost always rounding up.
This means if I have:
0.63mm
0.78mm
0.81mm
0.88mm
0.90mm
1.12mm
1.15mm
It Becomes:
0.65mm
0.80mm
0.90mm
1.15mm
Your board shop probably does this, wether they tell you or not.
BTW, who the hell is using through hole resistors and the imperial
measurement system? :)
